Hindmarsh Team Construct activity on Sydney's Beaches was a superb way to revitalise the team and get everybody working together on a common cause.
Hindmarsh selected THRILL Team Building Activities to facilitate a Team Construct on Sydney's beaches to bond as a unified team prior to conferencing at The Swiss Grand Bondi.

Hindmarsh has a hands-on approach, which they used to help them achieve their outcomes during THRILL Team Construct. Channelling energy into achieving a successful result for their team tower. Hindmarsh's attitude to work is pro-active, collaborative and practical, all aspects of which were used and incorporated into their event to build an amazing structure.

THRILL factor ice-breaker teambuilding activities got everyone involved and energised. Then headed to the beach for a sand sculpting challenge! Building the Hindmarsh Logo.
Hindmarsh successfully completed leadership activities of Mindfield challenge, Tangram Puzzle Challenge and a unique Production Line Team Challenge! Each team challenge earned cash $$ to buy materials. Teams sent forth one player to be the project foreman, applying leadership qualities. Replicating work processes; Seeking Council approval, designing, sketching and planning the building structure with the materials purchased by colleagues.
The initial structure was not quite up to Hindmarsh high standards and was dissasembled. The entire team was challenged to start again from the drawing board. Much to the dismay of several vocal participants, whose fears were allayed. Teams then rallied to the cause redesigned an amazing structure in the final 15minutes - standing stable over 15metres tall was a stunning symbol, jubilant of their success.
Hindmarsh is always looking for a better way.
