A THRILL event - MISSION POSSIBLE was a terrific team building reward activity and conference energiser for the BHP Billiton Illawarra Coal, Processing and Logistics teams. Enjoying the THRILL of strategic Missions and challenges in a spectacular Southern Highlands Setting. Leila Hogan, HR Manager for Illawarra Coal, reported, "Thanks THRILL, A Great Day - Everyone had a great day, got ouside, completed the activity and really enjoyed themselves!"
The Illawarra Coal teams again selected THRILL Team Events to facilitate their team event as THRILL continously delivers exceptional events, on time and with sensational outcomes. THRILL constantly provides team building with quality outcomes, to motivate and integrate Teams.
THRILL team events were determined to provide a new challenge and experience for Illawarra Coals Processing and Logistics Team with a MISSION POSSIBLE event!
Staying at Peppers Manor House in the Southern Highlands, the Illawarra Coal P&L Teams were poisoned and then greeted by THRILL espoionage agents. The THRILL Team then facilitated Illawarra Coals afternoon of challenges to locate the Antidote the poison.
Negotiating around the grounds of Peppers Manor House teams completed nuclear hazard challenges - to transfer materials from an unstable container to a new container whilst only using the materials provided.
After completing each challenge the THRILL agents gave new clues, bringing the teams closer and closer to their posion antidote whilst working together in their teams and sometimes helping the other teams along the way.
Once all challenges were completed - Illawarra Coal P&L teams had all the information needed to unlock the safe and access the antidote! The teams were saved!
Illawarra Coal operate underground in the Southern areas of New South Wales, here they are committed to Sustainable Mining Practices and also to a Zero Harm health and safety policy. On the day it was evident the Illawarra teams strived to maintain these values as they supported one another and came out with a cure - so that Zero harm would come to the Illawarra teams that had been poisioned.
