Amazing Race team building fun activities is a superb way to develop team skills, integrate new teams and share a common vision to reaching ultimate goals for business success.
The Salsas Team selected THRILL Team Events to facilitate an Amazing Race for their Management team on and around unique features of Victoria's Great Ocean Road.
Each vehicle was plated with THRILL race magnets from 001-006.
After a le-mans start from the Fairhaven Beachhouse. Teams received their 2nd envelope revealing a destination. Teams made their way to the historically significant Memorial Arch and gateway to the Great Ocean Road. Here teams used their creative skills in a speedy sand sculpting activity challenge, reflecting their business and client values.
It was then down to the Distillery for a daring Eating Challenge, spiced up to match the Salsa's style of eating.
Teams navigated Split Rock Light House for a hydration stop & Creative Art Insight activity. Sharing personal experiences in a creative format. Teams engaged each others strengths, aspirations in vibrant colours. Discovering each others past and picturing their futures with Salsa's. Teams then raced to the next check point for a Sling Shot challenge,on the Great Ocean Road beaches next to the Fairhaven Surf Club. Here they set their personal & business targets. Precision & accuracy resulted from excelent execution as a team.
The finale challenge on a mystery Great Ocean Road beach made team members dig deep and focus on collaboration. Salsa's wrapped up with an excellent facilitated debrief & presentations, on their successful completion of an amazing team discovery journey. A very rewarding and informative teambuilding exercise session for each Salsa's crew member.
