Experiential activities which encourage the graduates to think pro-actively, problem solve and take sequential steps in becoming a more integrated person resourced to build successful teams.
GRAD 2: Provided is a series of fun experiential (hands on) activities which encourage the team to think pro-actively. Problem solve and take sequential steps in becoming a more integrated and successful team. After developing a clear framework & rapport the team tackles scenarios and initiative activities.

GRAD 3: Further developing trust whilst negotiating an electric fence or re-solving a topical Nuclear Hazard scenario. Building Evacuation Signal Towers or Rafts to escape an imminent catastrophe. Speak with one of our facilitators to ensure a correct match of initiatives to outcome is achieved. Each activity is briefed and sequentially linked in a progressive order, and then debriefed. The knowledge and skills asset developed from previous activity is then applied within the next initiative.
