GRADUATE Level 2: Provided is a series of fun experiential (hands on) activities which encourage the team to think pro-actively. Problem solve and take sequential steps in becoming a more integrated and successful team. After developing a clear framework & rapport the team tackles scenarios and initiative activities.
From Poles Apart, to manoeuvring logistics in Island Crossing or Ropes Course Adventure Curriculum & Spiders Web Initiatives..
GRADUATE Level 3: Further developing trust whilst negotiating an electric fence or re-solving a topical Nuclear Hazard scenario. Building Evacuation Signal Towers or Rafts to escape an imminent catastrophe. Speak with one of our facilitators to ensure a correct match of initiatives to outcome is achieved. Each activity is briefed and sequentially linked in a progressive order, and then debriefed. The knowledge and skills asset developed from previous activity is then applied within the next initiative.

FINAL Graduate Level 4 GRADUATION: After developing the framework and rapport graduates tackle scenarios and initiative activities. Each activity is briefed, linked sequentially with actions undertaken then debriefed. The knowledge and skills asset developed from previous activities are immediately applied within the next initiative. These programs provide graduate motivation and enhance team integration. Thrill Hands on graduate courses are facilitated by professionals with relevant industry experience.
