THRILL’s Environmental Team Building Projects aid the community and support sustainable environments

Land Care, Coast Care, Plant a Tree, Recycling Projects.

Project Management tasks, experiential learning and activity based training programs have all been used to develop the skills required for Managers and their teams to learn new skills, develop existing ones and ideas for Team Building to analyse their strengths and weaknesses.

THRILL Team Building is able to offer the environmentally conscious business and corporate group an opportunity to have their training solution focused around a real project.

THRILL team building has teamed up with Land Care, Coast Care, Foundation for National Parks & Wildlife, Local Councils, Sydney City Council, Blue Mountains Council, Parramatta Council and The National Trust, to provide quality long term results in Environmental Team Building.

From 10 participants to large group environmental campaigns and team building events for large corporate groups of 1,000 participants.

No previous experience required. Corporate companies and businesses that care for the environment and for specialist customised environmental team building.

Suitable for all business group sizes & abilities.

Note: some projects are more physically demanding, however with excellent team work and cooperation, excellent results are achieved.

Included is a professional Host and Coordinator.

All environmental team building equipment and training skills are provided.

2.5hr minimum, 4hrs ideal, can be multi day program or regular training input days over a period of 2-5 weeks.

Can be held at all locations that have an environmental requirement, from Sydney’s beaches, local council areas to the Australian Bush and Outback.

THRILL in conjunction with Sydney Councils and local businesses have planted in excess of 300 trees. Cleaned up sensitive coastal areas, worked on clean up campaigns, facilitated teams involvement in make Australia Beautiful campaigns. Become involved in Land Care and sustainable energy resource programs for team building initiatives.
Briefing / Concept THRILL staff meet with your team to discuss environmental principals of sustainability and their role as a team building exercise.

Visit damaged sites & Recycling Plant 		Receive further background on the damage inflicted upon the environment and how recycling programs can improve the environment. There is hope! Investigate the causes, effects, relationships and successes.


Plant A Tree 		Trees are beautiful and serve many purposes in this world. They provide shade when you are hot, and flourish with many edible fruits and nuts. When you plant a tree it also attract birds and wildlife, prevents soil erosion, and cleans our water.
Aesthetically pleasing and a vital role in our world, planting a tree is probably the simplest green act you can do. It’s not hard and is something fun that you will feel great about.
Earlier this year, Peru planted 40 million trees in three months to help reduce carbon emissions. They had quite a job on there hands planting roughly 500,000 trees a day! What a great project they took on.
They have set a wonderful example for other countries that hopefully will adopt the same idea. With deforestation and climate change being a constant battle this is a commendable act.
Some of the trees planted include eucalyptus, pine, cypress, and pepper trees. An estimated 570,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide will be captured by the new trees each year. The environmental blog

Corporate Social Responsibility

Environmental Team Building Projects take place through the carrying out of conservation work, clean up campaigns, planting native trees and working on sustainable energy programs.

The precise nature of the programs and conservation work will depend on the schedules of the respective sites. Requiring effective team work skills. THRILL team building staff provide your team with the training, knowledge and skills. Examples of previous work include: Dry Walling, Bridge Building, Native Tree Planting, Coastal Clean Up Campaigns on The Central Coast and Sydney Beaches, National Parks Programs, Removal of Graffiti, and Rubbish Removal.
